📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely and efficient dispatch of auto parts, documents, and equipment.
• Monitor and manage the dispatch schedule to ensure all shipments are processed and delivered on time.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to dispatch operations.
• Utilize dispatch software such as SAP or similar systems to track and manage shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure that all dispatch operations are conducted in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide support to the dispatch team during peak periods to ensure uninterrupted operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatch coordination or a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Proficient in using dispatch software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
