📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and mentor teachers to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
• Develop and implement educational programs to enhance student achievement.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers and administrators.
• Conduct curriculum reviews and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide professional development opportunities for educators.
• Collaborate with school administrators to ensure effective school operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational supervision or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of educational standards and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and students.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and educational databases.
• Certification in educational supervision or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
