📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of semiconductor manufacturing modules, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to industry standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and development.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain the integrity and efficiency of manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and ensure seamless production workflows.
• Monitor production metrics and performance indicators, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations, creating a secure working environment for your team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar high-precision production environment.
• Proven track record of supervising and leading teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and tools, such as photolithography, etching, and deposition.
• Certification in a relevant manufacturing or quality management standard (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
