📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles across the organization.
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates using advanced recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in recruitment and talent management.
• Proven experience in using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive recruitment strategies.
• Certification in talent acquisition or HR management is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a global or multicultural environment is a significant advantage.
