The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for ensuring smooth logistics operations. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.,Ensuring the safety and security of warehouse staff and inventory.,Managing warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implementing and maintaining warehouse policies and procedures.,Monitoring and optimizing warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Conducting regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Must be fluent in Indonesian.
