Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content for our website, manuals, and other materials.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date.,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to other team members as needed.,Contribute to the development of our technical writing style guide and best practices.,Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with HTML, CSS, or other web technologies is a plus.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
