📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.,Educate and support patients and their families on managing symptoms, pain, and emotional well-being.,Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in symptoms, medications, and overall condition.,Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development activities.,Maintain a clean and organized inpatient unit, following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, ensuring accuracy and safety.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families during their time at Assisi Hospice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.,Experience in palliative care or hospice nursing is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients and their families.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Commitment to providing compassionate and personalized care to patients and their families.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move patients as needed, with a valid physical examination and lifting certification.
