📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting processes including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.,Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Handle bank reconciliations and manage cash flow processes.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a financial operations role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
