📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on safety practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation.,Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety administration role in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant safety management software.,Valid certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.
