Pacific Manufacturing is looking for a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with your colleagues.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and implement safety initiatives to protect employees and the environment.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software tools is a plus.
