📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, as well as in the maintenance of medical supplies and equipment.,Educate patients and their families on their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.,Monitor and report any changes in a patient's condition to the healthcare team.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care services.,Assist in the organization and coordination of patient care activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant nursing board.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
