📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.,Monitor production progress and identify bottlenecks to improve efficiency.,Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of production orders.,Manage inventory levels and ensure raw materials are available when needed.,Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.,Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production scheduling or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.,Proficiency in using production scheduling software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
