Sehati Hana Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our medical center. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent service in the healthcare industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the medical center, including patient registration, scheduling, and record-keeping.,Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure timely and accurate patient care.,Manage and maintain medical supplies and equipment inventory.,Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and patient accounts.,Assist in organizing and conducting medical workshops, seminars, and training sessions.,Support the front desk staff in providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of medical reports and documentation.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and medical billing systems.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
