📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods,Ensure that inventory is accurately tracked and managed, and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels,Work closely with the procurement and sales teams to ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately,Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures to ensure the safety of employees and the integrity of inventory,Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify any discrepancies and take corrective action,Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that warehouse operations are aligned with the overall business strategy and goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field,At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse management or logistics role,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus
