Smart Village Abadi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Banquet Staff to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. As a Junior Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of banquets and events, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including menu selection, vendor coordination, and guest arrangements.,Assist in setting up and decorating banquet venues to meet event specifications.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure smooth event execution and guest satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during banquet events.,Maintain accurate records of event details, guest lists, and inventory.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and vendors throughout the event.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event follow-up to ensure a successful and professional conclusion to each event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination is a plus.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
