📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.,Oversee bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial filings.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies.,Train and mentor junior staff on financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements and remote collaboration tools.
