📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Promote and sell Auto Owners/Hire Purchase products to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and finance managers.
- Assist customers in understanding and selecting the most suitable financial products.
- Process applications and manage documentation for Auto Owners/Hire Purchase.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the team.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Contribute to team goals and drive overall sales growth.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or finance, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial products and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
