📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tutors in preparing and delivering lesson plans and materials.,Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to tutors.,Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to address their specific needs.,Assist in organizing and conducting group activities and discussions.,Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.,Support tutors in assessing and evaluating students' performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs.,Provide administrative support to the tutoring department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a tutor or teaching assistant.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with educational technologies and tools.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Passion for education and a commitment to student success.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
