PT Lautan Mega is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, including servers, networks, and other related technologies. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other related technologies.

Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.

Install, configure, and update software and hardware.

Provide technical support to end-users.

Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.

Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes.

Participate in system upgrades and migrations.

Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

Familiarity with networking protocols and devices.

Certifications in IT (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
