🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.,Proven track record of leadership and team management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.,Familiarity with basic computer software and tools.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language.
