📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement programs to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with faculty and staff to address student concerns and issues.
  • Organize and facilitate student activities and events.
  • Monitor and evaluate student feedback to improve campus services.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for new students.
  • Promote a positive campus culture and student well-being.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of student support services.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in student affairs or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Passionate about student development and success.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
