📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the position.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
