FLUX Cemerlang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience,Manage employee relations and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise,Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Manage payroll and benefits administration,Oversee the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
