📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of M&E projects, ensuring they meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks and ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize project management tools such as Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Project to track project progress and manage resources.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into project execution.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E supervision, with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, CPD, or equivalent in construction management and safety.
• Proficiency in using project management software like Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
