Salon Putri Laundry is looking for a Lead HR Generalist to join our team. As a Lead HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's goals.,Conduct performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.,Support the management team in strategic HR planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with the hospitality or laundry industry is a plus.
