As the lead, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise front desk staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures at the front desk.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Train and develop front desk staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead position.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
