📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information.,Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.,Stock and organize merchandise, and assist with inventory management.,Handle cash transactions and process returns or exchanges.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or complaints.,Participate in store events and promotions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
