This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from our office in Palembang and from home. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and executing various engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from inception to completion.,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.,Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.,Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering.,Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.,Proven track record of managing projects successfully.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
