📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure that all customer interactions are professional, friendly, and meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor and maintain the branch's financial performance, ensuring that all budgets are met and that the branch is profitable.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all products and services meet our high standards.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the branch's customer base.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to improve the branch's performance.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or retail industry.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Knowledge of and experience with hotel or retail management software and systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
